Instructions on Withdrawal
These instructions apply to consumers purchasing goods under distance contracts. A consumer is a natural person acting for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, except in the cases described under “Exceptions to the right of withdrawal” below.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods.
If you order several goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the last of those goods. If goods are delivered in several parts or pieces, the period expires 14 days after the day on which you or that third party take physical possession of the last part or piece.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal before receiving the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement, for example by a letter sent by post or by email, using the following contact details:

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but you are not required to do so.
For contracts concluded through our online shop, you can also submit your withdrawal using the “Withdraw from contract here” function. After entering or confirming your name, the details identifying your contract and the email address for the acknowledgement, select “Confirm withdrawal” to submit your statement. We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt by email without undue delay, including a copy of your withdrawal statement and the date and time of its submission.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, you only need to send your statement of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which we receive your statement of withdrawal. This does not include any additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent them back, whichever happens first.
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after the day on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract, at the following address:

You meet the return deadline if you send the goods before the 14-day return period expires.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are liable only for any reduction in the value of the goods caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised goods.
Goods made to your specifications are non-prefabricated goods made on the basis of your individual choices or decisions. Clearly personalised goods may include, for example, a kalimba engraved with your name or a personal inscription at your request.
The fact that a product is handmade or manufactured only after an order is placed does not, by itself, exclude the right of withdrawal. Whether the exception applies depends on the specific nature of the agreed customisation or personalisation.
This exception does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty goods or goods that do not conform to the contract.
